Terms and Conditions of Clean Streak Auto Spa Membership

Authorization for Automatic Recharge:

By subscribing to a membership plan ("Plan") offered by Clean Streak Auto Spa ("Clean Streak"), the undersigned ("Member") hereby authorizes Clean Streak to charge the Member's designated credit card account for the initial promotional amount and subsequently for the monthly subscription fee corresponding to the selected Plan option, as follows:

• $31.00 for the Silver Package Membership

• $34.00 for the Gold Membership

• $39.00 for the Platinum Membership

Duration and Termination:

This authorization shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. Termination requires the Member to provide Clean Streak with written notice at least 7 days prior to the desired termination date, via email to [email protected], in-store cancellation, or online cancellation. Clean Streak reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to the Member. Furthermore, Clean Streak may terminate the Plan immediately if the monthly charge is declined by the card processing system.

Modification of Benefits:

Clean Streak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any prizes or other benefits associated with membership in its sole discretion, with or without prior notice to the Member.

Discount Eligibility:

By accepting a promotional rate or discount, the Member agrees not to seek or be eligible for any additional discounts or promotions for a period of 12 months from the date of enrollment.

Rate Adjustment:

Clean Streak may adjust the monthly subscription fees associated with the Plan at its discretion, with at least 30 days' prior written notice to the Member.

Communication:

By enrolling in the Plan, the Member consents to receive communications, including but not limited to text messages and emails, from Clean Streak and its partners regarding the Member's account and other promotional offers.

SMS Policy:
Purpose:

This SMS Policy outlines the guidelines for the use of text messages by Clean Streak Auto Spa for communication with its customers and prospective customers.

Opt-In:

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Clean Streak Auto Spa, including service notifications, reminders, weather alerts, and marketing messages. Your consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Opt-Out:

You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Clean Streak Auto Spa.

Privacy:

We will only use your information to provide you with the services you request and as set forth in our privacy policy.

Message and Data Rates:

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any fees incurred from your mobile service provider.

Carriers:

Supported carriers include all major United States carriers.

No Liability:

Clean Streak Auto Spa will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile service provider.

Policy Changes:

Clean Streak Auto Spa reserves the right to modify this SMS Policy at any time. Your continued use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Membership Limitations:

The Plan is valid for use on a single vehicle only and may not be shared or transferred to another vehicle or individual.

Promotional Discounts:

Promotional discounts are limited to one per customer and may not be combined with any other offer or promotion.

Gift Card User Agreement:
All gift cards purchased from Clean Streak Auto Spa ("Clean Streak") are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Expiration Date:

Gift cards issued by Clean Streak are valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase. After this expiration date, the gift card will no longer be valid for use.

By purchasing or using a gift card from Clean Streak Auto Spa, the purchaser and/or user acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Clean Streak Auto Spa operates.

Limitation of Liability:

Clean Streak Auto Spa and its owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the membership Plan.
